The university remains committed to the health and wellness of the APU community, and encourages community members to continue to practice the following CDC-recommended actions to prevent the spread of germs:
If you are experiencing a fever, cough and/or sore throat, or have been exposed to someone with a respiratory illness seven days preceding onset of symptoms, please call the Health Center Swine Flu Hotline at (626) 428-6274 or email questions to cmontz@apu.edu. For information on office hours and more, visit www.apu.edu/healthcenter/.
In preparation for possible medical emergencies, the university maintains a store of medical supplies, stays informed on current illnesses and preventative measures, and educates the campus community on healthy living.
