Application Checklist

Please print this page and use it as a tool in the application process. Download any additional forms necessary for your program from www.apu.edu/apply/forms/. In all cases, save copies of the documents you submit. Items required by the Office of Graduate Admissions:

  • Completed university application
  • Selected appropriate program code:
    MB Master of Business and Administration (MBA)
    BF MBA: Finance
    BD MBA: Human and Organizational Development
    BI MBA: International Business
    BG MBA: Management Information Systems
    BM MBA: Marketing
    BS MBA: Strategic Management
    BT MBA: Web and Information Technology
  • $45 nonrefundable application fee ($65 for international students)
  • Typed letter to the dean expressing educational and professional goals
  • Official college or university transcripts requested to be sent to the Graduate Center
  • Résumé or vita of work experience
  • For international transcripts, a Degree Equivalency Report from an APU-approved agency
  • Three letters of recommendation

  • Results of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)* or Graduate Record Exam (GRE) requested to be sent to Azusa Pacific University
  • Are you applying for Financial Aid? Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the corresponding academic year, available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (Applicable only to U.S. citizen/permanent resident applicants.)
