Application Checklist
Please use this as a tool in the application process. Download any additional forms necessary for your program from www.apu.edu/apply/forms/. In all cases, save copies of the documents you submit. Items required by the Office of Graduate Admissions:
- Completed university application
- Selected appropriate program code:
» HR Master of Arts in Human Resource and Organizational Development - $45 nonrefundable application fee ($65 for international students)
- Typed letter to the dean expressing educational and professional goals
- Official college or university transcripts requested to be sent to the Graduate Center
- Résumé or vita of work experience
- For international transcripts, a Degree Equivalency Report from an APU-approved agency
- Three letters of recommendation

- Results of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)* or Graduate Record Exam (GRE) requested to be sent to Azusa Pacific University
- Are you applying for Financial Aid? Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the corresponding academic year, available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (Applicable only to U.S. citizen/permanent resident applicants.)
