Sally Alonzo Bell, Ph.D.

Sally Alonzo Bell, Ph.D., was recently appointed as an associate dean for the School of Education and Behavioral Studies (EDUCABS). In this capacity Bell coordinates and administrates all undergraduate programs in EDUCABS, Bell is a 13-year APU educator who has served as professor, chair, and program director for the Department of Social Work.

Sarah Sumner, Ph.D., is chair and associate professor in the Department of Ministry in the Haggard School of Theology. Her new book, Men and Women in the Church, is published by InterVarsity Press and is available in various bookstores.

Executive Director of APU's Youth Leadership Institute

Joseph Bentz, Ph.D.
Professor of English
Joseph Bentz is a noted author as well as a long-time Azusa Pacific University (APU) faculty member. During his 12 years at APU, Bentz has taught literature and writing courses and also served as the founder and faculty advisor for the student literary magazine The West Wind.
