As a recent C.H.A.M.P. (College Headed and Mighty Proud) graduate, share with us some highlights from your C.H.A.M.P. experience?
I liked learning new stuff, like making clay faces and doing painting projects. Learning is fun for me. It makes me feel happy inside. I really like getting smarter and smarter each day.

What are some of your favorite movies that you have seen recently?
I saw Stuck on You a little while ago. That was pretty funny, except for when the brothers got separated by an operation. That made me a little sad because they weren't really together anymore, but it was still a good movie.

How did you like going through the C.H.A.M.P. graduation?
I was nervous at first, since this was my first time ever graduating. But, then, I just got really, really excited about the whole thing. Being on stage was cool.

When you grow up, what would you like to be?
I want to be a police officer, maybe a Los Angeles police officer. They're really cool. But, I'd like to also be an Azusa police officer.

Where would you like to live when you grow up?
Some place like Azusa. I like the mountains, but I like the beach too.

If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be and why?
Definitely a monkey because I'm a lot like a monkey. Everything they like to do, I do too. Monkeys like bananas, and so do I. They like to climb trees, and so do I. I can even make a sound like a monkey.

What's the one thing you'll take away with you from going through the C.H.A.M.P. Program?
I think that I learned that if you go to college, you can get a good job and be smart and be a good adult. I liked it so much that I've been telling my friends and family all about it. I want my cousin to go through it.
