The Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education furthers strengths-based approaches to teaching, learning, and leading.

The academy offers a variety of strengths-oriented resources and training events to identify and nurture a strengths-based approach to personal development in and outside the classroom. In addition to working with students, the Noel Strengths Academy faculty and staff provide consultation, certification, and leadership development programs for higher education professionals desiring to employ a strengths-development approach to produce thriving students and campuses.
