The Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education furthers strengths-based approaches to teaching, learning, and leading.

The academy offers a variety of strengths-oriented resources to identify and nurture the strengths of lifelong learners engaged in academics. Academy faculty and staff also provide consultation, certification, and leadership development programs for higher education professionals desiring to employ a strengths-based model at their institution.
