“Thriving in Community: Becoming A Strengths-Based Campus”

This conference includes presentations and discussions focused on research, best practices, and resources for developing a campus community that cultivates student thriving in higher education.

Who Should Attend: Vice presidents of student life, directors of student life, faculty, and other student affairs’ personnel (i.e. academic advisors, career counselors, etc.) committed to increasing retention at their respective campuses.

Registration Fee:
Standard Rate: $295 per person
Early Bird Rate: $260 (must register by July 1, 2014)
Group and Presenter Rate: $260 per person (Group rate applicable to universities/colleges that register three or more faculty/staff)

Hotel/Lodging: Special rates for conference attendees are available at the Hilton Pasadena.

Call for Conference Proposals: We welcome proposals for one-hour concurrent sessions that share student success or strengths development research and/or best practices. Email one-page session proposals to strengthsacademy@apu.edu by August 1.
