Supplemental Materials

In addition to completing the online application, all applicants should submit a printout of their unofficial transcript from home.apu.edu as well as a signed Student Leadership Covenant (PDF) to each applicable office/department.

Furthermore, each student leadership position requires other specific supplemental materials. Listed below are the supplemental materials required to complete the application process.

Please print and fill out the documents that correspond to the position(s) for which you are applying, and return them (along with the degree audit and Student Leadership Covenant) to the appropriate office by the deadline indicated on the Leadership Opportunities page.

Career Services

Center for Student Action
