Azusa Pacific University Theater Presents Holiday Classic, A Christmas Carol
October 26, 2009

Tis the season to see a Christmas classic come to life as Azusa Pacific University Theater presents the play A Christmas Carol, opening December 3, 2009.

A Christmas Carol is based on the beloved book by Charles Dickens that has entertained and moved audiences every Christmas season over the past century. The greedy tyrant Scrooge, an infamous adversary of Christmas, learns what kind of an impact his actions have as he is guided on a journey into the spirit worlds of the past, present, and future. Through this journey, he learns the beauty behind the true Christmas spirit of giving.

“Who doesn't love a good Christmas story? A classic tale that everyone must see, perfect for a family outing to get into the Christmas spirit. Bring your kids, your friends, you can even bring your favorite Scrooge,” says Bart McHenry, Director of the Theater Arts Program at Azusa Pacific University.
