How SUPERHEROES Influence Our Faith
What would the gospel according to heroes such as Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, or the Avengers look like? Through an adventuresome survey of three eras of comic book superheroes, this session will show how the origins and storylines of some of the most famous superheroes in our cinemas today say things implicitly, and sometimes explicitly, about faith, spirituality, and theology. Some major biblical and superhero themes will be explored and discussed in this creative presentation.
