Paul Shrier, Ph.D., came to Azusa Pacific University’s School of Theology from Canada with a background in economics and financial advising. He spent five years as an adjunct professor at APU before joining the faculty full-time. Shrier’s areas of expertise include practical theology as it relates to the integration of faith in daily life and social issues, economics, and science. He has written and presented on a variety of topics pertaining to AA recovery programs, Christians in the workplace, and theology in stem cell research.
