Steven Brooks has been in full-time church ministry for more than 14 years. He has a passion for the local church as well as a passion for training, equipping, and mentoring the next generation of worship leaders. His primary interests are corporate worship, music in the church, the languages of worship (sacred space, sacred time, and sacred action), and most importantly, spiritual formation in the life of the worshiper.
In addition to teaching at APU, he has been a guest lecturer at Biola University and various ministry leadership conferences, including Impact Conference and The Worship Conference at William Jessup University.
