George Barna, 2002 Pastors’ Luncheon

Award-winning and noted speaker George Barna established himself as an exceptional research analyst on American culture. Barna and his wife founded the Barna Research Group in 1984, which became The Barna Group in 2004. He directs The Barna Group and creates resources for moral and spiritual transformation. Located in Ventura, California, The Barna Group also develops printed resources; musical, visual, and digital media; and encourages church enhancement, leadership, and spiritual development among young adults. Well-known Christian foundations such as the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, World Vision, the American Bible Society, Campus Crusade for Christ, and Josh Mc Dowell Ministries use Barna’s research to maintain effective ministries. Barna has authored over 35 books, and guest writes for numerous periodicals.
