Dallas Willard, 2005 Pastors’ Luncheon

Dallas Willard has taught in the School of Philosophy at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles since 1965 and led the School of Philosophy for three years. His primary areas of interest involve epistemology, philosophy of the mind and logic, and Edmund Husserl’s philosophy. He has served on the boards of the C. S. Lewis Foundation and Biola University and received numerous awards for his teaching and writing. Willard also has held visiting appointments at University of Southern California in Los Angeles and the University of Colorado. Author of numerous books, Willard received Christianity Today’s Book Award on Spirituality for Renovation of the Heart and Christianity Today’s 1999 “Book of the Year” Award, for The Divine Conspiracy. Willard lives in Southern California where he works as a marriage and family therapist.
