Doug Campbell, M.A., is lead instructor for the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) program, teaches courses in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program, and helped develop and launch the online BSOL program. Campbell’s professional experience includes a wide range of executive responsibilities in for-profit and international not-for-profit environments, missions, media, and service to the HIV/AIDS community, and he is executive director of a social services arm of The Salvation Army in downtown Los Angeles. Although a California native, he has lived much of his adult life in Asia, Micronesia, and Hawaii, traveling to 65 countries for a variety of leadership and capital development projects. He has a passion for adult students and the commitment required to earn a degree. Campbell and his wife of 31 years have two adult children.
