University Relations is committed to maintaining consistent standards of practice in the use of email communication to both internal and external clients. To provide clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in email communications, University Relations uses Helvetica and Minion as primary fonts; however, since most computers do not have access to these fonts, we recommend Arial or Times New Roman. In keeping with the university’s commitment to excellence, we adhere to the following email guidelines (PDF).*
