About the Regional Center
The Ventura Regional Center, a direct extension of APU's main campus in Azusa, offers undergraduate degree completion programs as well as a wide variety of master's degrees and credential programs. All courses are offered in the evening and are taught by both full-time faculty and local adjunct professors.
Friendly, experienced faculty and staff members are available Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. to assist students with everything from registration to finding their classrooms. The faculty and staff at the Ventura Regional Center strive to provide quality, professional service while maintaining an open, relaxed, and personal atmosphere.
Facilities: 12 attractive, comfortable, and well-maintained classrooms, including:
- Eight technologically advanced classrooms equipped with high-powered computers linked to multimedia projectors
- One multimedia computer lab
- A library with Internet, database, and advanced search access
- Access to eating facilities across the street from the campus
