Learning Objectives
During the afternoon session our panel will explore how being “created in the image of God” grounds us physically, spiritually, and psychologically. Our presenters, all members of the caring professions, will offer a variety of conceptual and practical frameworks that will lay the groundwork for interdisciplinary engagement for the benefit of individuals, families, and communities.

During the evening session our presenters will focus on the opportunities and challenges of interdisciplinary practice. What can each discipline contribute? How can we effectively collaborate? How does a collaborative, interdisciplinary model benefit the individual and family? How do prevention and treatment inform our interdisciplinary practice? What do we need to do to move forward in health psychology?
