APU Welcomes Leading Business Experts to Campus this Fall

APU's School of Business and Management brings four industry experts to campus for the Fall 2009 Business Speaker Series. Designed to encourage dialogue between the university community and leading figures in the business sector, this series will enhance student and faculty understanding of the challenges and successes business leaders experience.

Featuring speakers from marketing, advertising, finance, and public relations, the series begins September 24 and lasts through November 12.

  • Brad Ames, internal audit director, Hewlett-Packard Company
    Friday, October 9, 10:40 a.m. and 2:10 p.m., Wilden 105, East Campus
  • Reed Dickens, president, Outside Eyes (public relations firm specializing in crisis management); and former assistant press secretary for President George W. Bush
    Friday, October 23, 4 p.m., Location TBA
  • Steve McKee, columnist, Business Week Online; president, McKee, Wallwork, Cleveland Advertising; and author of When Growth Stalls
    Thursday, November 12, 4 p.m., Hall of Champions, Felix Event Center, West Campus
