Biography
Dana Powell, M.A., MBA, is driven to show business leaders that you don’t have to sacrifice people for profit. Shortly after graduate school, she founded her own consulting company, working with business leaders at major organizations. As a consultant, she uses data analysis and return on investment (ROI) findings to identify ways in which businesses lose money as a result of poor people management. She then provides tailored strategies to help them more effectively manage and lead their employees, to better support well-being and the needs of the business. In her classes, she makes it a priority to teach students how to connect organizational psychology theories to their effect on the bottom line of businesses.
