Heather Backstrom, Ed.D., is experienced in all aspects of organization and leadership development, including executive coaching, workshop design and delivery, team interventions, meeting facilitation, and board retreat facilitation. Her experience spans organizations in the for-profit, nonprofit, and public sector arenas. Her work with individuals and teams has shown her that effectiveness begins with understanding oneself and one’s impact upon others.
