Biography
Jennifer Livingston, PhD, ATC, joined the Department of Kinesiology faculty in January 2008. Prior to coming to APU, she taught at several colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, New York, and Kansas, and worked as a certified athletic trainer at the collegiate and high school levels, as well as within clinic settings. In addition to teaching anatomy and multiple research-related courses, she is the Program Director for the Master of Science in Athletic Training program. Some of her research interests are faculty development, competitive youth soccer and baseball, and youth athlete spiritual development. Jen and her husband have a son and daughter as well as a few fur babies. She’s most likely to be found at a youth sports event cheering for one of her children or riding a roller coaster at a local theme park.
