Kevin Sewell, MBA, has over 20 years in Human Resources experience in the organizational effectiveness arena. He is an experienced Learning & Development Manager and Organizational Development leader with a demonstrated history of working in the utilities, banking, and Internet industries.
His career has been devoted to L&D strategy, organizational change management, instructional and program design, facilitation, interventions and organizational/team development. He also has a definitive passion for intentional culture building, leadership development (programmatic and 1x1 engagement), and coaching that promotes organizational and individual health and goal attainment.
