Biography

Tara Andersen, M.A., has a deep love for developing leaders to unleash their God-given potential to impact the world for Christ, and is passionate about organizational health and leadership development. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 16 years in the areas of fund development and nonprofit leadership, and now works as a consultant with more than 120 nonprofit ministries in the Orange County area. She joined the Department of Leadership and Organizational Psychology after graduating from APU’s M.S. in Organizational Psychology program in 2017.
