Biography

Tomas Beauchamp-Hernandez, MBA, has worked for the federal government for over 25 years and teaches courses in the Master of Arts in Leadership program. During this time, he has held various positions with the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command. He has a passion for collaborating and working with leaders and teams to unravel problems in public administration, organizational leadership, and strategic decision-making. He is currently the Business Director and Corporate Operations Department Head for a Southern California Naval federal laboratory supporting defense operations worldwide.
