Biography

Wade McNair, Psy.D., is a coach, consultant, and communicator with more than 20 years of experience in talent management, corporate learning, leadership, human resources, and organization development. He is engaged in coaching and consulting with corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, and is the creator of the myKUBE™ Seminar & Workshop Series, the Authenticity Equation™, and the Total Engagement Model™.

In addition to his professional practice, McNair is an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and teaches at Azusa Pacific University, Biola University, and Concordia University. His personal mission is to ”live and help others live authentic lives where our actions and behaviors (personally, professionally, and organizationally) are in alignment with our values and beliefs.“
