The master’s in organizational psychology is offered through a distributed learning model that is ideal for adult learning and development. The courses are held in a combination of weekend and evening offerings. Some courses include a flipped learning environment and may use online discussion forums and distance learning methods.
Full-time students attend class one evening per week, and two or three weekend (Friday–Saturday) sessions, per eight-week term.
