Randy Wallace, Ph.D., is the founder of Mustard Seeds & Mountains, a ministry to the impoverished in Appalachia. Wallace received his undergraduate education at Trinity College, a master’s degree in social sciences with an emphasis in human resource leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. He has directed programs for underprepared students at the University of Southern California, taught graduate courses at Eastern University, and has served as director for degree completion programs in business at Fresno Pacific University. He has also consulted with city government and others involved in community development, with emphasis in serving at-risk communities, and has broad experience in formal and nonformal education for adults. Wallace has authored various academic articles, as well as the book Mission as Life: Making the Kingdom of God your Family’s Passion (Xulon Press, 2010). He is married to Jacqueline, who is the author of Brokenness to Beauty: Transforming Your Brokenness into a Beautiful Life (WestBow Press, 2016), and has two sons.
