Biography

Sherryl Berg-Ridenour is the director of the business programs at the Inland Empire Regional Campus and assistant professor for the School of Business and Management. Berg-Ridenour has taught courses in consumer behavior, electronic marketing, advertising, service marketing, and marketing research. She enjoys being active in undergraduate and honors program research in the areas of marketing, electronic marketing, and social entrepreneurism. Recent consulting experience includes awareness studies, survey research, and social entrepreneurial studies with a focus on women in business. Her areas of special teaching interests are marketing, focus group research, and social entrepreneurism. Her research interests include application of behavioral sciences to marketing in the areas of customer relationship management and new opportunities for women in social entrepreneurism. She also has experience in the corporate sector with marketing and sales. Her additional research work has been in social marketing issues and advertising for entrepreneurial ventures, as well as non-profit organizations.
