The Symphony Orchestra’s first concert includes LA Philharmonic First Associate Concertmaster and APU faculty member, Nathan Cole, playing Beethoven’s timeless Violin Concerto. Concerto competition winner Jesus Manuel Toro performs the first movement of Rachmaninoff ’s 2nd Piano Concerto and hear a rare performance of the charming “Suite for the Birthday of Prince Charles” by Sir Michael Tippett.
