Koch Lecture: Religious Liberty and the Administrative State

The Charles B. Koch Fellows program will kick off the 2017-18 school year with a lecture by Dr. Richard Samuelson, associate professor of history at CSU San Bernardino. Dr. Samuelson will explore the complicated relationship between religious liberty and a public administration that increasingly assumes responsibility for interpreting and executing policy in America.
