Increase your awareness of the four components of psychological capital: hope, self-efficacy, resiliency, and optimism (HERO). Learn where this concept stands in current evidence-based literature, and how it is implemented throughout various disciplines within the university. The session concludes with the exploring of potential correlations between increased levels of psychological capital and increased success throughout life.
