**Please note, this is separate from Residential Student Check-in taking place at the Office of Residence Life in Engstrom Hall. 

Visit Upper Turner Campus Center and use the NORTHWEST door entrance to begin the check-in process. Welcome Weekend Check-in includes:

Includes T-shirt(s), meal wristband(s), name tag(s), and Alpha Group/Orientation group assignments

[3] ID Card Photo and Pickup


Pick up your student ID card if you previously took your photo or uploaded your picture through the student portal. (If you are living in Trinity Hall, your ID card serves as your room key. You will receive your ID card at Housing Check-in.)

Note: Late check-in will continue in UTCC after 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. Beginning at 5 p.m., please check-in at the Felix Event Center ticket window.
