God shapes leaders over a lifetime, often using trials and challenges to prepare them for the next stage in their development. Using the research and mentoring insights of J. Robert Clinton, Ph.D., author and retired Fuller Theological Seminary Leadership professor, this interactive presentation provides participants with an introduction to a model of lifelong leadership development that will make it easier to recognize and respond to God’s providential shaping in our lives. Core concepts and drawn from Clinton’s book, The Making of a Leader (2012), and from the presenter’s experience using this model in Christian leadership coaching and consulting.
