What Does It Mean to Be a Hero?

What does it mean to be a hero? Do we have a common definition, or are we relegated to only believing that heroes share our values? Are there any alternatives to this approach? In this presentation, Jay Sherer, co-founder of the Reclamation Society, author of Timeslingers: Season 1 and Death of a Bounty Hunter, and co-host of The Story Geeks podcast will break down the types of heroes we see in popular culture in order to determine how to model our own lives after those society sees as heroes. Then, we’ll compare that with a Biblical definition of a “hero” as well.
