Although C.S. Lewis is best known for his Christian apologetics and the Chronicles of Narnia, perhaps his most piercing and insightful commentary on faith and society can be found in his science fiction trilogy: Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, and That Hideous Strength. In this symposium, seniors from the APU Honors College present their research on the warnings foundin Lewis’ trilogy and reflect on how they apply to the dilemmasof today.
