Character Strengths, Identity Formation and Thriving among College Students

Research in positive psychology in recent years has outlined how character strengths and virtue are related to constructs of well-being and thriving. This presentation will review the current research on character strengths in order to demonstrate how fostering certain virtues like humility and gratitude can encourage well-being and identity formation among college students.
