CMEA Southwestern Section Music Education Conference

The APU School of Music is proud to host the annual CMEA Southwestern Section Music Education Conference on September 28, 2019.

This year’s conference features keynote speaker Julie Duty, founder of United Sound, which is an organization that provides musical performance experiences through peer mentorship for students with special needs. The conference will include sessions in areas of music covering the broad spectrum of general music, choir, band, orchestra, world music, composition,emerging ensembles, modern band, special learners, and more. ALL music teachers regardless of specialization are welcome!
