Incoming and returning APU students are invited to join the University Counseling Center’s presentation on ways to cope within our current times, adapt to change, and prepare to thrive. Patricia Becerra, LCSW, clinical care and crisis coordinator for the UCC, will present on ways to increase wellness and utilize a growth mindset to adapt to college life this fall.
