Managing Stress and Anxiety

In this workshop, students will learn about the different types of anxiety, and ways students experience anxiety within the university setting. Students will have the opportunity to learn three important tools to improve their ability to cope well with anxiety, including grounding exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and de-catastrophizing. Students will leave feeling more equipped to navigate stress and anxiety in healthy ways.
