Becoming a Better Listner:

In this workshop, students will learn about Active Listening, effective attending behaviors, techniques for listening well, and ways to provide empathic support to others. Students will have the opportunity to self-reflect and to identify ways they hope to strengthen their current relationships through healthy communication and listening.
