Managing Stress and Anxiety:
In this workshop, students will learn about the different types of anxiety, and ways students experience anxiety within the university setting. Students will have the opportunity to learn three important tools to improve their ability to cope well with anxiety, including grounding exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and decatastrophizing. Students will leave feeling more equipped to navigate stress and anxiety in healthy ways.
