This course offers advanced instruction in the techniques and practice of broadcast production. Goals for the course include increasing skills and aptitudes in research, interviewing, writing, and performing for on-air and production environments. Students learn the importance of operation under broadcast deadlines and using time management skills. As a workshop class, the course requires significant production time in addition to class time. Special fee applies.Course may be repeated for up to six units towards graduation. Prerequisites: TFT 260 for the TV section, COMM 261 for the Radio section
