William Loose, Ed.D., has 38 years of experience working in California public schools as a teacher, district office administrator, assistant superintendent, deputy superintendent, and superintendent. He has served as an adjunct professor for Azusa Pacific University for the past 10 years, and now is a full-time faculty member committed to preparing the next generation of school administrators to lead California schools.
