Biography

Curtis Isozaki, MA, CF-LSP, is a higher education professional, executive coach, and leadership practitioner with a kingdom-minded approach to leadership development. He seeks to champion leaders who mobilize their organizations to change the world. As an associate certified coach (ACC) through International Coaching Federation (ICF), he believes in the power of asking strategic questions that lead to inquiry, inspiration, and initiative in the lives of leaders in organizations. He is certified to facilitate assessments including MBTI® Step I & Step II, Strong Interest Inventory®, Enneagram, and CliftonStrengths® to skyrocket organizational employee engagement and performance.

As the director of the Honors College, Isozaki is committed to the education and leadership development of the next generation of disciples, scholars, citizens, and leaders who will impact every sphere of society both locally and globally. Through the cultivation of virtue, habits, and goodness, leaders can determine what ought to be done and how it can be done. With rigor, relevancy, and relational pedagogy, his student-centered approach to education encourages learners across generations.
