Biography

Emmaleigh Carlson, MS, is dedicated to merging the art of creativity and the strategies of business to empower diverse, successful working environments. She is an adult learning facilitator, consultant, coach, instructional designer, and speaker. Carlson has held positions with The Walt Disney Company and Chick-fil-A, including her current role as director for people and organizational development at Chick-fil-A Pasadena. She has also consulted with organizations internationally in Mexico, China, South Africa, and Fiji. Her passion is tackling the world’s creative insecurity problem. Carlson creates learning opportunities to engage creative identity and unlock the creative behaviors that we may have forgotten we have access to within ourselves.
