Biography
Kevin Sewell, MBA, has more than 20 years in human resources experience in the organizational effectiveness arena. He is an experienced learning and development manager and organizational development leader with a demonstrated history of working in the utilities, banking, and internet industries.
His career has been devoted to learning and development strategy, organizational change management, instructional and program design, facilitation, interventions, and organizational/team development. He also has a definitive passion for intentional culture building, leadership development (programmatic and 1x1 engagement), and coaching that promotes organizational and individual health and goal attainment.
