Biography
Lynde Peralta brings 21 years of combined experiences as a registered nurse (RN) and (7 ) years as an Educator. Areas of expertise encompasses, Health Assessment, Evidence Base Practice, Leadership, Professional Concepts in Nursing and Medical Surgical care of adults and elderly (didactic and clinical). Teaching EBP bedside nursing is crucial for competent skilled nurses who are able to react, and apply critical thinking for better patient outcomes. Curriculum, skills, and simulation all highly contribute to my motto, "You may not be able to change the nurses of today, but one can influence, educate, and skill the nurses of tomorrow".
