L.A. Term

The APU Los Angeles Term (L.A. Term) offers students a unique opportunity to live in the second largest metropolitan city in the United States. With a population of 10 million people, Los Angeles County is home to people from more than 140 countries who speak 224 different languages. Every fall, approximately 12 students move to the L.A.’s urban center and live with local host families, participate in four faith integration courses, take public transportation daily, and work at a nonprofit internship for the duration of the semester.
