IMT Media Services provides various levels of technology for a wide scope of needs and events. Whatever you may be planning—from a simple sound system to a professional recording of a special lecture to a full-fledged concert—Media Services can help you find the best solution to fit your needs, all with excellent customer service and the highest possible quality.
If you are planning an event of any kind on campus that may require any use of media equipment, Media Services requires that you complete a Media Request Form, which is designed to gather information about what you are planning on doing and where so that Media Services can determine the equipment you may need. Be as detailed as possible, and prior to completing this form, ensure that you have reserved the room with Dining Services.
Per the Media Request Service Agreement, all media requests must be submitted by the following deadlines:
- Classroom and administrative events: 4 business hours prior to start of event
- Events: 2 weeks
- Video production: 2 weeks
